About the Standard Course

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

Reservations are accepted until 7:00 p.m. on the day before your desired experience date.
Please check available dates and times on the reservation page calendar.
Time slots that are already fully booked will be marked as "━ (Not Available)" or "× (Closed)."

If it is already past 7:00 p.m. on the day before, please contact us by email.
We will reply if we are able to accommodate your request.

Can I make a same-day reservation?

Availability varies by day.
Please check the latest information on the official "Ramen Making Experience" X (formerly Twitter) account.
Same-day reservation information is also posted at the entrance of the Ramen Making Experience area.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No cancellation fee will be charged if you notify us at least 2 days before your reservation date.
For cancellations made later, the following fees apply:

・Cancellation the day before: 50% of the experience fee
・Cancellation on the day: 100% of the experience fee
・No-show without notice: 100% of the experience fee

If the number of participants decreases, will there be a cancellation fee?

No cancellation fee will be charged if you notify us in advance.
Please contact us by email.

I made a reservation but did not receive a confirmation email.

A confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address you entered when completing your reservation.
Please check your spam or junk folder.
If you cannot find the email, please contact us by email with your reservation date/time and name.

If a child participates and a parent only observes, is there a fee?

No, there is no charge for accompanying parents.
Please indicate the number of accompanying persons and details in the "Accompanying Person" or "Remarks" section of the reservation form.

Is there a fee if elementary school children or younger participate?

Children of elementary school age or younger may participate together with a parent or guardian.
In this case, only the parent/guardian is charged.

Can I pay only for an extra meal and eat together with my child?

Yes. As long as the number of diners does not exceed the number of participants, no additional fee is required.
Each participant makes two servings of noodles.

Normally, one serving is eaten on-site and one serving is taken home, but it is also possible to eat both servings on-site.
Please indicate your preference in the Remarks section when making your reservation.

Can I eat the noodles I make on-site?

Yes. You will enjoy your noodles as soy sauce ramen with toppings such as chashu pork, bamboo shoots, naruto fish cake, and green onions.

A vegan ramen soup is also available.
If you prefer a vegan option, please indicate this on the reservation form.

What if I cannot take the noodles home?

You may eat both servings on-site as an extra noodle portion.
Alternatively, you may share and eat them together with an accompanying person.

I would like to know the allergy information for the soup.

Among the 7 specified allergens and 21 recommended allergens in Japan, the ramen contains:
wheat, egg, milk, mackerel, soybeans, pork, chicken, gelatin, rice, and seafood.

Can I eat all the noodles together with an accompanying person?

Yes. Each participant makes two servings of noodles.
You may choose to eat both servings on-site together with one accompanying person instead of taking them home.
Please indicate this in the Remarks section when making your reservation.

Can I take the noodles home?

Yes. You may take them home with a packet of ramen soup (toppings are not included).
The recommended consumption period is within 3 days. Please refrigerate after returning home.
During hot weather or if your travel time is long, we recommend bringing a cooler bag.

I selected "Take Home," but I would like to eat on-site instead. Can I change?

Yes. Please contact us by email as early as possible.
We will also confirm your dining preference again when you arrive on the day.

Is credit card payment the only payment method?

For online reservations, payment is by credit card only.
If you experience any issues, please contact us by email.

Accepted card brands:
VISA / MasterCard / JCB / AMEX / Diners / Discover

Can I take photos or videos during the experience?

Yes, both photography and video recording are allowed.
Smartphone stands are also available.

Please note that live streaming (e.g., YouTube) may be restricted depending on circumstances.
If you wish to live stream, please contact us in advance by email.


About the Private Group Course

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

Please contact us at least two weeks in advance of your desired date.

After submitting a request via the reservation form, we will reply by email to confirm availability.
If the requested date/time is already fully booked, we may not be able to accept the reservation.

Cancellations made up to one week before the experience date incur no cancellation fee, so we recommend contacting us once your plans are more certain.

As a guideline, please refer to the calendar on the regular course reservation page.
Time slots marked as "━ (Not Available)" or "× (Closed)" cannot be accepted.

Can I make a reservation even if the number of participants or time is not yet decided?

Yes. Tentative reservations are possible.
Please select "Not yet decided" when filling out the reservation form.

Can we use the private group course with fewer than 11 participants?

Yes, however the minimum charge is equivalent to 11 participants.

Alternatively, you may switch to the Standard course (¥4,700 per person).
Please note that in this case, the experience may not be private.

Is there a cancellation fee?

For cancellations due to customer circumstances, the following fees apply:

・2-7 days before: 30% of the experience fee
・Day before: 50%
・Same day: 100%
・No-show without notice: 100%

If the number of participants decreases, will there be a cancellation fee?

No cancellation fee will be charged if you notify us in advance.
Please contact us by email as early as possible.

We prepare noodle dough for the confirmed number of participants 1-2 days before the experience.
If participants decrease without prior notice, a cancellation fee may be charged for the reduced number.

If the total number drops below 11, the minimum charge for 11 participants will apply.

Some people want to eat on-site and others want to take noodles home. Is that okay?

Yes, that is no problem.
Please inform us of the number of each preference by the day before.

I would like to know the allergy information for the soup.

The ramen contains:
wheat, egg, milk, mackerel, soybeans, pork, chicken, gelatin, rice, and seafood.

A vegan ramen soup is also available.

Can I take the noodles home?

Can I take the noodles home and eat at a ramen shop inside the museum?

Yes, of course.
Please purchase meal tickets at the ramen shop of your choice and dine inside that shop.
We also offer two types of meal tickets for groups.

【Ramen Meal Tickets】
These tickets can be used at any ramen shop in the museum.
We offer ¥1,000 tickets and ¥680 tickets.
¥1,000 tickets are typically used for regular-size ramen, and ¥680 tickets for mini ramen.
(No change is given.)

【Inbound Tickets】 (for overseas guests)
These tickets are sold for ¥1,200 each and can be used at ramen shops only.
By presenting this ticket, guests will receive a ramen worth ¥1,200, based on each shop's signature menu with added toppings.
Please request meal tickets when making your reservation.

Are preschool children free of charge?

If they participate only as helpers, the experience fee is free.
They may share ramen with their parent or guardian.

If they would like to eat one full bowl, the same fee as an adult applies.
The number of prepared ramen bowls will match the number of paid participants.

In both cases, museum admission is free for preschool children.

I have several possible dates. What should I do?

Please make a reservation for your first-choice date.
List your alternative dates in the Remarks section.

Is there a maximum number of people per team?

Yes. Each team may have up to 5 participants, with a maximum of 10 teams.

How long does the experience take?

The duration depends on the number of participants and whether dining is included.

With dining:
•11-20 people: approx. 45-75 minutes
•21-40 people: approx. 60-90 minutes

Take-home only (no dining):
•11-40 people: approx. 30-60 minutes

Can groups of more than 40 people participate?

Yes, by dividing the group into two sessions.

Example: 80 adults (take-home only)
•Two groups of 40 participants
•Approx. 30 minutes of preparation time between sessions

Duration varies depending on group size and dining preferences.

Is there parking available for buses?

There is no bus parking at the museum.
Please arrange drop-off and pick-up only.
Passengers may board and disembark directly in front of the museum.

What payment methods are available?

We kindly request advance payment.
Payment may be made by bank transfer or PayPal.

If the final number of participants is not yet confirmed, please transfer the fee for the minimum of 11 participants in advance.
Any additional participants may be paid for on the day of the experience.

For travel agencies, in addition to advance bank transfer, we also accept cash payment on the day or post-payment.

We are a school group and the number of participants may decrease on the day. Will there be a cancellation fee?

If you notify us as soon as the change is known, there is no charge.
If the entire reservation is canceled, cancellation fees will apply.

After the experience, may we explore the museum?

Yes, you may explore the museum freely during opening hours.
If you wish to explore before the experience, please let us know in advance.

Can gluten-free participants join?

Yes, they may participate in the noodle-making process.
However, the noodles contain wheat and cannot be eaten.

If dining is desired, gluten-free noodles, soup, and toppings can be provided for an additional ¥500.
Please request this when making your reservation.

Can each participant make two servings instead of one?

Yes. The experience fee will be ¥4,700 per person.
One serving may be eaten on-site, and one taken home.

In this case, the maximum number of participants is 30 people.

Can we visit the venue in advance for a site inspection?

Yes, advance visits are possible by appointment.
